This story is told with an intensity that draws you along, it is written with an economy of style, I felt there was not a single wasted word. Like the best of novels through the description of the particular it holds a mirror to universal experience.

Fantastic book- a beautiful, touching and often amusing read with some very familiar characters!! I steamed through this book so quickly, it was a shame when it ended. I passed my copy on to a friend, and bought a new copy as a gift for someone else. Definitely no reservations in recommending this book.
